Whether you are an aspiring caregiver or an experienced one, there are opportunities for you to improve and add even more value to your skills. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, also known as TESDA, is a body that provides Filipinos trainings and certification to help them flourish in their work environment.
Filipino caregivers are no strangers to certifications. In fact, they are healthcare professionals who are recognized and actively recruited, both locally and abroad. This is why TESDA offers streamlined processes for caregivers to apply for and renew their certification.
In most cases, caregivers must meet certain requirements in order to be hired by an employer. One of these requirements is proof that you have trained for a specific number of hours or months accredited by TESDA. This proof is your certification which you will present to your employer.
